Introduction to the site

Welcome to The Official Website for England’s Tourist Information Services.  This extranet has been developed by VisitBritain in conjunction with New Vision Group Limited and replaces the ‘ENTICE’ system.

The new extranet features the most accessed functions of the old system but in a more user friendly way.  TIC Managers will be supplied with a log on to post messages, up-date statistics, TIC details and access the Printers Pack.  Other functions are accessible to all other staff.

The site will be owned and managed by VisitBritain.  The national support help line is provided by Carrier Direct Marketing.  If you have any queries or need assistance, the support help line telephone number is 0845 203 3304.

Features of the new site are:

MESSAGE BOARD

(Requires login)

Allows you to post messages, grouped by region and add multiple attachments.  A required field is an expiry date so that old messages do not stay on the system.

UPDATE YOUR TIC DETAILS

(Requires login)

This section allows you to amend any of your TIC details as well as add statistical data.

 

TIC STATISTICS

(Requires login)

Enables the user to view regional statistical information.

 

ARTWORK

(Requires login)

Access to full Printers Pack.
